Strange Antiquities is a lovely puzzle game that’s currently sitting on Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam, and it combines my favorite things in cats and magic. While it is a good experience on the Steam Deck already, a new patch has just dropped that improves the controls and adds some new translations.

While a small patch, the fixes provided are helpful. Cursor acceleration can now be fine-tuned when using a controller on the Steam Deck, making it possible for us to move the cursor across the screen faster. Usually, this can be a bit cumbersome to have with a controller, but I am glad we can modify it to some degree.

There’s also a fix for missing autosaves when exiting the game from the main menu, along with a Unity patch integrated from the vulnerability reported last week. So, with the missing translations added, this is a good patch for Strange Antiquities.

Strange Antiquities is $19.99 on Steam.
